CIRCULAR SAW - SIC 900 H

 

The hydraulic saws of the horizontal line are very versatile and perfect to cut big metallic structural steelwork, I-beams, girders and profiles besides square and round pipes and bars.

They can operate singularly with rollers to handle the material or they can be put in cutting and measuring lines.

The working cycle is automatic and the commands are all centralized on a wall cupboard panel. Their big structure assures the necessary sturdiness to grant exceptional blade life, high speed and cutting precision.

The saw can be equipped with a rotation device for angle cutting composed by a bolster and by an external guide on which the saw can turn -45°/90°/+45° by means of 3 rotation sets.

It has a horizontal contrast vice, made of big thickness structural steelwork, which aligns automatically during the saw rotation, to clamp the material at the desired angle.

The 3 vertical vices, which open and close at full stroke, can be put within the working area of the saw and allow the automatic clamping of the trim and last cut.

The control panel is mounted on a wall cupboard arm and in this way it can reach both sides of the saw. For the operator is easier to follow all the operations of the machine.
