CIRCULAR SAW - SIC 800 3T

 

These saws are studied for the cutting of steel elbows at 180° and 90° and they can be combined to special loading magazines, of our production, to create an automated sawing system.

 

- Sawblades carriages feed through ball recirculation guide ways actuated with direct current motor.

- Hydraulic vertical vice, automatically adjustable with two screws to limit the stroke.

- Cutting speed variable adjustable through inverter.

- Self-standing hydraulic unit, with pump, filter, motor and heat exchanger.

- Electric equipment in self-standing industrial type cabinet separated from the machine and connected to it by means of connectors on which have been mounted: push-buttons, general emergency and ammeters for the control of the motor absorption. Control Voltage 24 V.

- Heads stroke adjustment directly from the pulpit.

- Cooling system with tap for the adjustment of the flow.

- Water warning light level.
