CIRCULAR SAW - SIC 500 VK

 

Sawblade carriage feed through ball recirculation screw and brushless motor.

The saws of the "vertical line" have been projected to cut heavy structural steelwork (I beams, profiles, templates, etc.) besides than billets, rounds and pipes. These saws can be automatic and combined to our automatic loading magazines or semiautomatic. The combination with the loading magazines allows the handling and cutting of all the materials that can be cut with these saws, totally automatic, even without the operator. In these models the blade works vertically, so it's possible to obtain better working conditions and other advantages such as:

 

- more operations of the working capacity

- blade axis always in symmetric position from the centre of the material that must be cut. This allows a better distribution of the cutting effort

- Smaller working stroke, so more cutting speed and productivity

- More cutting precision and no vibrations at all
